So I have this puppy, right? Well it got a little excited when I came home and the damn thing knocked my iPod outta my hand and the screen cracked.

Now, my question is, does my iPod warranty, I know it's still under warranty as I checked on the site, cover this? I couldn't find a specific thing under the submit form to get repairs. Will they replace my iPod or will I have to buy another?

I don't know.. I'd honestly google some iPod forums and find out, or go read up their warranty policy and see what it says.

This is not the place to be asking about Warranty stuff... The answers should be given to you from Apple themselves. Though your first mistake was getting an iPod.

A friend of mine sends his iPod back every 6 month by using the warranty... so they won't repaired your iPod, but they will give you a new one of the same model (I think).

Physical damage is not covered by any warranty. This should be common sense... Best you can do is send it to Apple and pay them to fix it. I attempted to fix my nano myself a while back and it didn't turn out so well... let me just say I've never even put it back together...

No, they won't replace or fix that without a fee.

If you're buying another iPod, you could wait until software version 2.0 is launched for the iPod touch so you could use the AppStore and play crap like Spore and Super Monkey Ball.

Zunes, Phones, PDA's, everyone is just blaming it on being an iPod.

Honestly, this thread should have been closed when slayer said we don't offer warranty information here, but lo&behold it is left open for all the potential flaming and iPod bashing.

Also there was no ''Mistake'' by the OP of getting an iPod, it was their choice and they work fine just as other MP3's do, no need to bash it.
